Blog Post Week 5
Brainstorming
I have some Ideas of what I wish to do with my piece, but am unsure if "A" it would fit aesthetically or "B" don't know if I would be able to finish the project if I commited to it. one of these Ideas was during the scene where the character is walking down the alley I was considering adding another event including rain, but in order to do such things I would have to increase the length of the alley. If i were to do this I would need to make some fairly basic building to increase the speed of constructing the alley but it would still at least double the time the alley would take.
Idea One

When making the wires I plan on using curve lines and having cylinders follow them. I will probably make the wires a tad thicker than they need to be to help prevent view of the sky. also for the lamps I plan on having neon signs on some of the buildings and indirect lighting from the inside of other buildings.
Idea Two
The bedroom I have mostly finished except I have had some difficulty keeping the carpet particles off the wall so instead of messing with it I plan on covering it with a wall trim and I will probably add shelves to the wall and other small detail things. This also includes adding better textures to the doors and the mattress of the bed. Also detailing might include weakening the overhead lamp but that depends on how it is affected when the world ambiance is set to black
Idea Three
My last idea doesn't have any images to go along with it but for the scene where the character is walking through the hallway. multiple ghosts are gonna be following them all of different sizes, but in order to keep the character recognizable there can't be a lot of ghost so to create the illusion of there being a lot I would have extras walk in front of the camera to increase visual clutter and make the ghosts seem more chaotic than they actually are. how I would create the extras is to duplicate the character and make minor changes to them to make them look slightly different and then give them different clothing. In addition to the extras the ghosts will fly around by following a bezier curve.
